With more than 30 years of experience in marketing communications, public relations, crisis communications, branding, retail and merchandising, Wendy Lane Stevens leads LANE, a Finn Partners Company in developing strategies that translate into client success. Her experience crosses national and international boundaries, spanning technology, business-to-business (financial services, legal, real estate, economic development), and consumer (healthcare, food & beverage, fashion, packaged goods and hospitality) industries.

Before establishing LANE in 1990, Wendy served as vice president at a mid-size public relations and advertising firm, divisional buyer for a major retail company and assistant advertising manager for a national clothing company. Wendy received a marketing degree in business administration with honors from the University of Oregon and earned a secondary degree in public relations and merchandising in New York City.

In 2013 Wendy was honored with the “A Place With No Ceiling” award from the Portland Business Alliance for her commitment to supporting and mentoring women in the business community.

Shannon Brewer Riggs is a partner and managing director at LANE, a Finn Partners Company. With more than 17 years of public relations experience, she has been instrumental in executing award-winning campaigns and has served a wide range of clients, including Travel Oregon, Travel Portland, Cupcake Vineyards,  Balanced Body, ZAGG, Orchard Supply Hardware, Umpqua Bank and Widmer Brothers Brewing.

Shannon was named PR Week’s Young PR Professional of the Year in 2009 in recognition of her work on a small business campaign for Umpqua Bank and acquisition communications for Integra Telecom. She also led the agency to earn the 2013 PR Week Award for Public Affairs Campaign of the Year, when her team changed the definition of beer in New Hampshire, creating new potential for the craft brewing industry.

Prior to joining LANE, Shannon served eight years as a spokesperson, educator and leader for health activism organizations nationwide. She maintains her commitment to community organizations, including serving as an advisor to the American Heart Association’s Voices for Healthy Kids.

She graduated Magna Cum Laude from University of Portland with a major in communications and business and a minor in journalism. Lisa sits on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity Portland.
