Celebrating its 10th anniversary, the Star Chefs International Chefs Conference (ICC) raised the bar by gathering some of the industry’s top talent and showcasing the future of food and beverage. The event took a deep dive into the growing importance of the food and beverage industry through main stage cooking demonstrations; hands-on savory, pastry and bartender workshops; wine tasting seminars; business panels and a products fair.

Once again, Feast Portland proved to be the hottest ticket in town this September. Throughout four days of events, we took in more than just phenomenal food and drink. Here, we’ve gathered our observations on how brands engaged, which trends are brewing and which elements really stood out.
Brands that connected
Sokol Blosser winery (a LANE client) offered a daring education in opening Evolution Sparkling bottles with a saber. Social media was abuzz with images and video of Sabertron at the Night Market and at Doug Fir’s afterparty.
